Heather,
I just wanted to let you know that Tornado Alli and I were a huge success at the SASS Convention because of our outfits. Anytime we were asked, "Where did you get this outfit?" our answer was, "We made them, this is Truly Victorian pattern ---- and this bodice is pattern---." Everyone was amazed. We were models during the Victorian Clothing presentation every day. We explained our outfits, the patterns we used to make them, the fabric and the era. Thanks for such wonderful patterns.
The pictures I have attached are pictures of the front and the back of two of our biggest hits. I am in the red and blue dress and Tornado Alli is in the olive green.
My dress:
Bodice TV 428 with the short hem, underskirt is TV 221 with the ruffle and the overskirt is TV 324 which I personalized by adding extra pleats in the front to give it a slightly different look. These are made from a polished cotton with a shadow stripe.
Tornado Alli's dress:
Bodice was a gift from her husband. Skirt was TV201 and the overskirt is the waterfall overskirt, both made of olive green taffeta.
We hope that we have increased your business because we sure promoted you while we were at the Convention. We just wish you would have been there.
Thanks for all of your hard work and great patterns.
Sincerely, M.B. / Fannie Kikinshoot
