GARMENT LICENSING
We offer extended licensing of our patterns, for people who will be making over the 10 garments provided for in the original purchase of your pattern. This licennsing is for individual and custom work only, and does not allow for mass production or large scale comercial applications.
The extended license will allow for an additional 20 garments to be made from any single pattern, for a set fee of $30 per pattern. No paper pattern will be issued with this fee. However, we will be offering the use of a logo at your website or place of business that will show clients that you are an Extended License Holder, and in good standing with Truly Victorian.
To purchase your Extended License, please list the total number of patterns that you would like extended. Then in the field below, please list the individual pattern numbers that you are extending. (example: TV101, TV03, TV463)
Once we have processed your selected extensions, we will email the logo in .jpg format for you use.
The Extended License can be renewed one time only, for a combined total of 50 garments made from a single pattern.
For over 50 garments, but no more than 100 garments, you will need a Commercial Licence. The comercial license is $150.00 for up to 100 garments total, for any single pattern.
For best savings, purchase the Commericial License up front, and bypass the Extended License fees.
For over 100 garments, we did not make the patterns for you, but if you insist on using them in your mass production business, you will need the Mass Production License. The Mass Production License is $500.00 for over 100 garments from any single pattern.
