Love this bodice & want to use it for my next project, my question is, can I use the back of TV 420 or 460 with TV 463 front. Thought I had seen a thread about this issue but was unable to find it! :D

Yes, you can pretty much match up the fronts and back of any of the bodice. You will just need to adjust the hip lines and shoulder lines to match.
