I tried on my mockup. I can get the fronts to meet fairly easily but the bodice is too small to overlap. It looks good in the back and on the sides. Where would me the best place to make the adjustment. As per usual the neckline and shoulders are too large also but I think I know how to fix that.

The back looks good, so I think you need a larger front size. I think the underlying issue is that your bust measure is larger than you think. When you measure, you need to keep the back of the tape high up across the shoulder blades. If you let the tape drop in the back, to bra strap height, you end up with a measurement a good 2" short.
