I just borrowed this movie from the local library. Since one of the ladies here made the archery dress. Quite well, I might add. There are some pretty dresses.
While looking, I found The Girl. For those who are interested in dresses prior to the CW, this movie is set in the 1850's and has quiet a few lovely dresses of the era.

I picked up "Our Mutual Friend" 1998, BBC Video, 351 minutes...really great movie based on the Dicken's novel. Set in the 1860's you may become so involved in the story that you have to go back and watch it again for the costumes which range from upper, middle and lower classes. Worth buying or getting through inter-library loan though you'll probablly want to watch more than once. Sticks in my mind more than Deronda.
